My approach is eclectic as I draw from various therapy modalities. I assist as you develop tools to manage life’s difficulties and guide you through personal introspection, self exploration and symptom relief.

Some of the most influential modalities in my practice include: Psychodynamic Psychotherapy; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; and Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy.
